The tracker, as an interface

Everything the AppSheet tracker holds today, in a purpose-built operations tool: the same columns and the same archive, plus the things a spreadsheet can't do — submittal tracking, a screen per sales rep, a searchable job history with photos and cut files attached, and customer confirmations landing in place. This is not required for the customer portal to work. It is what J2 gets if the tracker itself is worth replacing.

Why this is a screen and not a spreadsheet view

Because J2's reps are independent rather than employees, they need access from outside the business — which means a login and a view scoped strictly to their own accounts, not a seat on the internal tool. It reads the same job records everything else reads; only the filter changes.
